All of Hill Engineering's Flywheels are made from a special high alloy billet steel, precision CNC machined & then checked for balance. The selection of material proves far superior in resistance to warpage over the cast carbon steel OEM item.

All starter ring gear teeth are induction hardened for long service life whilst all ECU trigger rings retain the correct OEM form for correct sensor pickup.
